Our sightrunning tours are suitable for all levels of runners. If you can jog slowly for about 45 minutes with a couple of breaks you will be fine.

How to get here

...by train
There are frequent InterCity services between Colchester and London Liverpool Street (50 minutes) and Norwich (one hour). There are also frequent services to Colchester (and London) from Harwich International Port, Clacton and Sudbury. For more details www.nationalrail.co.uk/planmyjourney

There are busses outside of the Colchester Station which will bring you into the town centre in approx. 5 minutes.

...by car
There is good access to Colchester from all parts of the country via the A12, M25 and A14.

Showers

There are Showers in Lion Walk Shopping Centre, next to Boots. Limited amount of towels and soap is provided but it is recommended to bring own towel and soap if you plan to take a shower after the run. Prices for the shower use are £0.60 for women and £1.60 for men.

Secure Baggage Storage

There are limited storage facilities for our running group at the Colchester Visitor Information Centre opposite the Colchester War Memorial (our meeting point)
